Proven ability to work with volunteer Board of Directors and their committees to develop and successfully implement mission focused policies, programs, and initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to organize, develop, manage, and grow large networks and chapters of dedicated volunteers to raise funds and implement mission’s programs.

Proven ability to conceive and produce effective print, radio, television, and internal media productions that promote organizational growth and fundraising.

Larry has worked with wildlife organizations including, Safari Club International, the Wild Sheep Foundation, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Weatherby Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl Association, and the Mule Deer Foundation, along with numerous other nonprofit organizations across the United States evaluating their current programs and developing new chapters and events.
