- Credit card activity management – Importation of information into Quickbooks format / maintain all files – and advise Treasurer or check signers of checks that need to be signed and distributed.
- Handle all PayPal transactions and bank transfers.
- Handle all banking deposits.
- Complete reconciliation of fundraisers to Excel spreadsheets to bank statements.
- Marketing / pre and post event print adds, fliers, save the date cards etc.
- Maintenance of all membership activity.
- Create and maintain mail lists of organization or chapter in paper form and digital.
- Web site review, design and coordination with Webmaster
